OPG Garski is a family farm from Vis, established in 2019, named after a local family's nickname. They cultivate and sell local, seasonal, and fresh produce, focusing on vegetables from the Vis fields and homemade products.
Depending on the season, their offerings include zucchini, cucumbers, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, fava beans, eggplants, artichokes, homegrown onions, and various types of tomatoes, including those grown from old, preserved heirloom seeds.
Products are sold locally, often directly to customers, through an order and "door-to-door" delivery system, making OPG Garski an important part of the island's daily fresh food supply.
